Each month, we show you a short film that’s moved us beyond the day – meaningful stories that inspire us to pause, think and feel.

Harvard clinical psychologist and Tibetan Buddhist scholar Dr Daniel Brown discusses the nature of awareness and self. Meanwhile, visual artist Claudia Biçen uses a series of ink-and-pencil portraits of the psychologist to construct his self and let him disappear.
